When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11.00 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11.00 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

I have received a faulty item

In the event you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately with the following information:  

Your order number (found on the original order confirmation email)

Which item is damaged

Photographic evidence

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unless proof of damage has been verified, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified. 

You have sent me the wrong product

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly:  

Your order number

The name of the item you did not receive

The name of the item you received in it's place

A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP
